Lisa Wilson

Lisa is a native of Upstate/Central New York and came to Eastern NC in early 2007. After working nearly 20 years with a large retail firm, she dove into Real Estate full time, working with a large local brokerage then taking the Off Road Realty brand to her own brokerage. She and her husband Mark have 7 children, 9 grandchildren and a large-and-in-charge English Mastiff, Harley, who keep them on their toes. Off Road Realty has afforded Lisa many blessings, the most important being the relationships she has forged with clients, vendors, and other agents. Her goal is to change the publics’ perception of REALTORs and create a brand that exemplifies understanding, empathy, and client commitment through clear, concise communication and education. “Our success is measured through meaningful relationships and not by numbers or dollars.” By staying true to herself, Lisa has been able to grow a brand she and her agents can be proud of while giving back to a community they love.

Maysun Dietrick

Maysun is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, but has lived in Greenville, North Carolina since 2010. Maysun fell in love with Eastern North Carolina and decided to remain there after finishing her Bachelor’s degree at East Carolina University in 2020. Having been an active member of her community for years as a teacher, she is excited to now turn her attention toward real estate. As a proud member of the Off Road Realty family, Maysun carries the values of hard work, integrity, and attention to detail in everything she does. Maysun currently lives in Grimesland with her boyfriend and two very sweet dogs. In her free time, you can find her playing disc golf at one of the local parks or soaking up the sun in the Outer Banks.

Diana Talento

Diana was raised tinkering, planning and building homes at her father’s side for years so she has an insider’s view into design and construction. This foundation became vital when she and her husband, Ron, purchased their home(s) and began renovations that resulted in massive returns. She became more and more interested in real estate and renovations, obtaining her license and meeting Lisa in 2014. Diana and her husband have two children, many fur-babies and have lived in the Greenville area for 17 years, loving the diversity of the area. Growing her network of contractors and connections, Diana has great insight for buyers who want to maximize their home’s equity or create that perfect dream home.  She knows the community well and sees that there are plenty of diamonds-in-the-rough sitting in plain sight and is ready to help you find that house to achieve YOUR dream.

Tiffany Coffield

Tiffany is a native of Asheville and came to Eastern NC in late 2022. She attended college in Chicago and obtained a Bachelor’s in Business and Accounting. She and her husband, Josh, have 2 children, Eleanor and Elaina who are their entire world, along with two pups Cooper and Callie. Tiffany was introduced to Lisa through her husband (Who actually sold her, her jeep!) and began the Real Estate journey. Lisa put her faith in Tiffany and allowed her to begin doing the social media marketing for Off Road Realty. She has never found any job as rewarding as she does this one. Off Road Realty has become a part of Tiffany’s family and she is so excited to see where this road leads. Her goal is to educate, empower, and provide the public with a smooth real estate transaction. By maintaining who she is, Tiffany has been able to forge relationships that have aided her in her success at Off Road Realty.  

Shannon Cannon

Shannon is a Pitt County native and is the definition of love where you live. She attended Pitt County Public Schools and later graduated from Pitt Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Technologies.

After a couple of years of working in a fast-paced real estate law firm, her love for numbers, attention to detail and desire to help others made her want to take her career in real estate a step further by obtaining her real estate license. This would give her an opportunity to not only help clients with the closing process but also help them in the initial steps of finding or listing their home. With a passion to do a job that matters and help others this seemed to be the perfect fit for her.

Fast forward 20 years and Shannon is still working as a Realtor while she also continues her work as paralegal. She takes pride in having this unique experience. Being a paralegal as well as a Realtor, she has had the opportunity to help tens of thousands of people with their real estate needs all while building forever relationships with her clients. In Shannon’s spare time you are likely to find her with her family, Joe, Michelle, and fur baby Lilly.
